Wendy Cheung

CEO and Founder

Wendy Cheung is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the Canadian market, specializing in commercial real estate. As the owner and strategic leader of a portfolio exceeding $100 million in value, Wendy has built a reputation for identifying high-yield opportunities, executing complex transactions, and driving long-term growth. Her deep market expertise, visionary leadership, and commitment to excellence have empowered her to lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers results. Wendy is widely respected for her integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to shaping thriving, sustainable communities.

Rinco Chan

Partner

Rinco Chan embodies the belief that through real estate education, everyone, no matter how young or old, can benefit greatly from the wealth that it provides. As an active real estate investor, award winning realtor and educator, he holds his Property Management, Strata Management and Associate Broker designations in BC. He is a member of numerous real estate associations and strata boards, and a frequent speaker at Wealthmind’s educational seminars. Although he has a B.Sc in Microbiology and held positions relating to this field in various companies, he learned very quickly that investing in real estate was going to be his true path to success, and has been a full time investor since 2001. Having been involved in Real Estate investing for the last 2 decades, he has seen the ups and downs of the market from all aspects, from the buyer/seller, landlord and investor points of view. He currently manages over 100 properties in his role as Property & Asset Manager, and specializes in helping investors find positive cash flowing properties in fundamentally strong regions throughout BC and Alberta.

Kantic Kripalani

Senior Manager, Assets, investor relations

Backed by an MBA and over 25 years of experience, Kantic has a strong foundation in hotel management and extensive expertise in residential and commercial property management, including leasing and lease-ups. Currently, Kantic is focused on asset management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties across Canada.

Daniel yang

Daniel Yang is a Senior Financial Analyst at Empirio Capital with a strong background in real estate finance and investment. A graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business in Finance, he brings expertise in asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. Daniel is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, building pro forma and cash flow models, and performing detailed due diligence to ensure sound investment decisions. He also supports asset management through CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and collaboration with property managers to enhance operational performance. With a detail-oriented and analytical approach, Daniel is committed to identifying opportunities, maximizing asset value, and supporting Empirio’s mission of delivering sustainable growth for investors across Canada.

Elaine Dong

Administrative Finance Coordinator

Elaine is a seasoned professional with 12 years of combined experience in the design and real estate industries. She brings strong expertise in managing complex projects, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and solving problems with a creative and practical approach. With a solid background in both creative design and real estate development, Elaine excels at driving projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
